Our Mission
Auto Rent Guard was created to solve a problem that costs the global car rental industry billions of dollars every year — the complete absence of a shared intelligence network between agencies.
When a customer damages a vehicle, refuses to pay, or violates a rental contract, there is currently no system to warn other agencies. That same customer walks into the next rental office with a clean slate.
We built Auto Rent Guard to change that. It is the first platform of its kind — a secure, intranet-style network exclusively for verified rental agencies to share customer behavior data and make more informed decisions.

How it started
Car rental agencies have long relied on security deposits and insurance to protect themselves — but these tools have significant gaps. When police aren't called after an accident, insurance becomes invalid. When damages exceed the deposit, agencies are left with no recourse.
Individual agencies have blacklists, but there was no way to share that information across the industry. A customer refused by one agency could drive to the next one a mile away and rent without issue.
Auto Rent Guard fills this gap. Think of it as a credit bureau — but built specifically for the car rental industry. Agencies contribute data, and in return gain access to the collective intelligence of the entire network.
We started with the belief that a collaborative approach would be far more effective than every agency fighting these problems alone. The platform is currently free to join while we build the network — because a bigger network benefits everyone.
